HOW TO APPLY
1.
You may complete
the application by
downloading the forms to your computer word processor or you
can print the forms and complete on your typewriter:
A.
Answer all shaded
areas to complete information requested. You
may begin typing inside the shaded areas.
A
maximum of characters is allowed
in each shaded area.
B.
Using the Tab key
you can move from (shaded area to shaded area) question to question.
C.
All
applications must be signed by hand by the Project
Chairman and Chapter President.
D.
After completion
of all Grant Application Forms:
1)
Print
a copy for your records.
2)
Mail
all completed applications to:

Check List for
Submission of Grants Application:
To complete Grant Application Form and Additional Forms (Acquisition & Restoration) you need to use Microsoft Word version 1997 or later. If you do not have Microsoft's Word on your computer, we will provide a link. Please place your cursor on the blue "here" and click----Microsoft's Word Viewer will appear. Please follow the directions given in Microsoft's Word Viewer. Get it here.
