About fl Questers

Florida Questers is a Chartered State Organization of THE QUESTERS, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and restoring history for the benefit of future generations. Our members share a passion for antiques, historic sites, and lifelong learning.

Across Florida, local Quester chapters meet regularly for programs, guest speakers, museum visits, and workshops that inspire curiosity and build lasting friendships. At the state level, members gather annually for educational opportunities and to connect with Questers from across the region.

Many Florida chapters also support local Preservation & Restoration (P&R) projects, applying for grants or raising funds to protect historic landmarks and artifacts in their communities. These efforts directly contribute to the mission of Questers International to preserve history through education and action.

Guests are always welcome to attend meetings and events.

Join us as we explore the past, preserve the present, and inspire the future.

Some of the 23 Florida State Questers who enjoyed a Bardens’ Angels outing to the beautiful Bok Tower and Gardens in Lake Wales in November.

This serene, 250-acre contemplative garden and bird sanctuary is located on one of the highest points of peninsular Florida, atop Iron Mountain in Lake Wales. This designated National Historic Landmark features the renowned Singing Tower carillon and the historic Pinewood Estate mansion.

In July, members of Nautilus #909 welcomed Florida State President, Barbara Magnuson on a site visit to select the venue and hotel for the upcoming Spring Council Meeting.

Nautilus president, Cathy Hodge (standing) hosted members in her home for a Meet & Greet for members to meet and visit with Barbara.
