Michigan: Alger House

Grosse Pointe #147 donated funds to restore two brass chandeliers at the historic Alger House, home of the Russell Alger, Jr., family.  Designed by New York architect Charles Platt in 1910, the Italian Renaissance home was built overlooking Lake St. Clair and furnished with the finest items of that period.
