We are working hard to make the 2026 International Convention,

We’ve had several questions about our “Convention Package”, so we want to be clear. The ‘package format’ makes everything, including our new payment plan, (see below) much easier you and our registrars. It offers our members the entire convention for a manageable price.

• When you send in your registration and check, your hotel room is reserved in the convention block. You do not need to make any hotel arrangements for the Convention dates (May 13-17). 

• If you choose to arrive early or leave late, you will have to reserve a room for those night/nights directly with the hotel. The hotel will give you the convention rate for extra nights. (Abraham Lincoln Doubletree by Hilton, 217-291-6732)

• EARLY REGISTRATION CONTINUES THROUGH JANUARY 31st. Avoid the $50 late fee after Jan 31 by sending in your registration now!

NEWS FLASH!!

We are offering a Payment Plan! We know that making a large payment right around the holidays can be stressful. The payment plan option can be entered on your registration form (see attached).  The Payment Plan is simply this:

·     50% due with your registration form

·     Remaining 50% due by March 31, 2026

Sending your registration early helps us with our planning.  Take advantage of the Payment Plan and send in your reservation now!!
